West Coast Lumber

West Coast Lumber currently has four locations in California. Locations in Camarillo and Agoura Hills were established in January 2022 with the acquisition of Roadside Lumber & Hardware Inc (‘Roadside’).  Roadside offers a full range of lumber, decking, and building products, as well as paint and custom milling. These locations serve the west Los Angeles metro region, Malibu, Brentwood, Burbank, Santa Monica, West San Fernando Valley, and the Conejo Valley, reaching as far north as Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. A third West Coast Lumber location has been established in Bakersfield, and a fourth location has been established in San Diego.

Joe Lawrence is the CEO of West Coast Lumber.  Joe is a proven leader in Southern California’s lumber and building materials market, and is committed to people-focused business principles and leadership. Supported by all-star directors and advisers – such as Maged Diab, Tony Ciampaglio, Lonnie Schield, and Paul Dodge – Joe will grow West Coast Lumber to better serve and meet the needs of southern California’s homebuilders.
