Pat is a Partner and the Head of Strategic Development at Building Industry Partners, where he focuses on ensuring alignment between BIP's mission and strategy and translating that strategy into day-to-day execution. As part of that, he plays a leading role in supporting the firm's Leaders Council, sourcing investment opportunities, and building relationships with world-class operators.

Pat was previously the Head of Business Development at management consulting firm Vantage Partners, where he worked directly with the firm's board to design and implement growth strategies and functional improvement plans. Prior to that, he was a General Manager and early employee at venture capital-backed Catalant Technologies. At Catalant, Pat led the Industrials group and played a key role in growing the company’s equity value by more than $250mm in three years. Pat began his career as a Consultant at Vantage Partners, where he advised F1000 companies on organizational transformation and negotiation strategy.

Pat is also a Director and Co-founder of the Rebuild Congress Initiative, where he works closely with Members of Congress and civil society groups to strengthen the institution. Originally from Ohio, Pat lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife Molly, and their daughter. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics.
