Mai-Tal is the Director of Transformation and Employee Ownership at Building Industry Partners, where she focuses on supporting portfolio company leaders to assess and enhance their organization’s employee value proposition. Mai-Tal is a values driven professional with a deep commitment to BIP’s ‘Do Well and Do Good’ philosophy.

Prior to joining BIP, Mai-Tal was a Principal at Vantage Partners – a mid-size management consulting and training firm – where she led engagement teams focused on establishing and operationalizing partnering functions. She was previously a Senior Manager with KPMG, where she worked across the Advisory and Deal Advisory practices with a focus on outsourcing and commissioning.

Mai-Tal earned a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College (MA, USA) and a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington (Wellington, New Zealand). Originally from a combination of Israel, Wisconsin, and Kentucky, Mai-Tal now lives outside Boston with her wife and their two sons.
