MiTek is a global $2B sales business that creates and supplies engineered products, proprietary software, and automated component manufacturing equipment to the global building industry. Maged is an execution-oriented leader with more than 25 years of experience driving long-term shareholder value by leading turn-arounds of under-performing operations. Maged has vast experience in scaling market-leading units, with particular expertise in leading complex and diverse organizations by driving innovation through software and technology, and building teams and thriving cultures that are focused on creating lasting value for customers as well as producing sustainable profitable growth.

Maged serves on the boards of several private companies. He earned both a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, and has completed Executive Education programs at the Olin Business School of Business of at Washington University in St. Louis and the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
